While the office is cur­rent­ly in its admin­is­tra­tive phase, it serves as a crit­i­cal hub for cli­mate relat­ed top­ics and the enhance­ment of inter­na­tion­al nego­ti­a­tion skills, par­tic­u­lar­ly with­in the frame­work of the UNFCCC.
